Nick Taylor ![]() Nick Taylor is the Managing Director of Woodland Burial Parks. Nick was involved in the company from its conception and brought with him many years of experience as a funeral director in the Norwich area. He is also a director of Funeral Planning Services who provide pre-paid funeral plans and administer the Memorial Trust, established and funded to ensure the long-term management of the woodland burial parks. Nick’s experience, knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the funeral business, makes him an invaluable member of the team. His progressive approach to the funeral industry has been a guiding influence in the success of Woodland Burial Parks. His sensitive understanding of bereavement and the funeral process is invaluable. |
John Dejardin ![]() John Dejardin is a landscape architect with extensive experience in all aspects of landscape design, development planning and landscape management. He is Director of Design and Development for Woodland Burial Parks. John is a specialist in sustainable and therapeutic landscapes and their importance on people’s health and wellbeing. John’s expertise in designing and creating landscapes for healthcare developments and special housing schemes for the elderly, combined with his emphasis on creating sustainable "green" developments, led to his early involvement with Woodland Burial Parks. |

Don Pearson ![]() Don Pearson is a business graduate with a marketing and accountancy background. He has extensive experience with manufacturing and in 1987 established a major consultancy practice, based in Norfolk. Don also ran a Business Growth Club which took family run, or sole owner businesses, through a process of business development and planning. Many of those businesses have now grown and developed to fulfil their potential and expectations. Don continues to work with several of these businesses as an advisor or non-executive director. Don's knowledge and experience with human resources, people management, strategic, as well as financial and systems management is relevant to the needs of small and medium sized businesses. These skills have been used since the original business plan for Woodland Burial Parks was prepared by Don and he has been deeply involved with the onward development of the company since 1997 and currently holds the position of Company Secretary. |
