UK Aware Exhibition - 16th & 17th April

Chiltern Woodland Burial Park and Epping Forest Burial Park are attending the UK Aware exhibition at London Olympia on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th April. The show, in its third year, has dramatically increased in size, with over 180 past exhibitors and is the UK’s only green and ethical lifestyle exhibition. As an environmentally friendly company we thought it was imperative we had a presence at the show.
As UK Aware point out on their website, the exhibition is not all about “tree hugging and yoghurt weaving” but a day for the family; “whether you come to see our ethical fashion show, a heated debate on climate change, sexy green cars, or for a family fun day out you can be sure that you will leave feeling inspired, motivated and prepared for a low carbon, ethical lifestyle. There really will be something for everyone.”
Our Managing Director, Nick Taylor is a speaker at this prestigious event on Friday 16th at 1.30pm. His enlightened talk ‘Green into Eternity’ questions traditional funerals. Nick’s concept for Woodland Burial Parks allows families the time and freedom to have a funeral ceremony that better expresses their needs, while also placing an emphasis on sustainability and environmental care.
