Our Venue

At Chiltern Woodland Burial Park we have one of the most beautiful locations in the country for funerals and memorial services.

Our ceremonial buildings provide a unique venue for ceremonies, either religious or secular, while throughout the seasons the natural beauty of the woodland offers the perfect place for families to walk, and to remember a loved one who has died.

One of the most valuable things that we are able to offer families is the gift of time - every funeral is given a minimum of two hours, and there is an option to reserve the Ceremonial Buildings for longer if this is required. Currently we hold no more than two ceremonies a day here, enabling each family to have the individual time needed to commemorate the life of a loved one.

The Woodland Hall and Gathering Hall may also be booked by families for ceremonies prior to travelling on to a crematorium, providing the additional time to honour a life that is so often unavailable at crematoria. For more about this option, please contact us.
