Welcome to Chiltern Woodland Burial Park

Set in 72 acres of beautiful mixed woodland close to Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire, Chiltern Woodland Burial Park is the largest of the three woodland cemeteries owned by the company.

Families looking for somewhere special for the burial of a loved one will find this cemetery to be unlike any other - graves and ashes plots are located beneath mature trees, and the stunning facilities make this one of the most idyllic places for a very special goodbye.

Funeral ceremonies, venue for funerals, funeral services.

We are working in partnership with The Forestry Commission at this site - our woodland management plan is designed to gradually restore this woodland to the splendour of an entirely native wood. Already there is an increase in the number of species inhabiting the woodland, with a profusion of bluebells, foxgloves and forget-me-nots during the Spring and Summer months.

We welcome people from all communities, backgrounds and beliefs and our Woodland Hall is suitable for either religious or secular ceremonies.

Dedicated in a special Interfaith Ceremony led by the Right Reverend Alan Wilson, Bishop of Buckingham, the Woodland Hall is the perfect location for the most memorable farewelll.

The Passing

...As Nature so ordained

come the Summertime,

the Sun's rays shall shine

through the protective branches

of the woodland forest.

Its' warmth shall embrace

Stephen's final resting place.

And, at the break of Dawn,

each day for evermore,

the songbirds of the woodlands

will sing a requiem for Stephen.

Nature's Magnificat

The Dawn Chorus.'

(from a poem by Michael Brennan in tribute to the late Stephen Cooley, buried at Chiltern Woodland Burial Park in January 2010.)
